Re: POV-RED: What do 'Globalists' stand for?
Dear Bill:
An
important rule in the COG group is that you may only send a message to
one working group. Many people belong to more than one, and it is our
working agreement not to overload people's email boxes with extra copies
of the same item.
Many
thanks for your cooperation.

"We are grateful to the Washington Post,
the New York Times, Time Magazine, and other great publications whose
directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of
discretion for almost forty years. It would have been impossible for us
to develop our plan for the world if we had been subject to the bright
lights of publicity during those years but the world is now more
sophisticated & prepared to march towards a world government which
will never again know war but only peace and prosperity for the whole of
humanity." -- David Rockefeller, Council of Foreign
Relations/Bilderberg Group/Trilateral Commission, 5 June 1991.
Our television and news services honor those corporate
rulers whose oil/arms/weapons industries propagate war on
"uncivilized" Third World nations to "share"
their resources and "liberate" their citizenry. Of
course, "share" means to "steal" and to
"liberate" means to "exploit" for corporate
profit. To 'liberate' also means to convert the oppressed Third
World peoples to the "rightness" of our 'civilized religion and
hierarchical system'. This is the contentious part of
globalism.
Daniel Quinn in his book "Beyond
Civilization", suggests our hierarchical civilization 'has
introduced humanity to oppression, injustice, poverty, chronic famine,
incessant violence, genocide, global warfare, corruption, and
wholesale environmental destruction.' Our 'civilization' thing
isn't working and hasn't been for quite some time. His answer is
simple; "If the airplane is in trouble, you don't shoot the pilot,
you grab a parachute and jump. To overthrow the hierarchy is
pointless; we just want to leave it behind...to discontinue supporting
it."
Well this Bilderberg/New World Order/
One-World-Government thing is obviously not working either.
Taking a closer look at the fundamental belief system of
"Globalist" businessmen, we witness corporate executives
and wanna-be rich people who firmly assert 'no matter what, ...profit is
the bottom line.' That is the loose screw...it is the 'no matter
what' part that is the basis of wanton destructions on this
planet.
'No matter what' we establish our 'civilization'
across this globe...and then we make up 'safe' history to glorify
colonialism and ignore the collateral damage. 'No matter what' we
support the war-for-profits agenda of the New World Order club to sell
and use depleted uranium tipped artillery shells, and then ignore the
radio-active fallout which kills for years to come. Does this sound
like sensible, foreign relations to you?
When we are willing to ignore pollution of our
air and water, ignore the environmental havoc that affects the health of
our children, ignore the radio-active fallout upon soldiers and
civilians, ignore the low wages our working class is expected to survive
on, and in the process create a drug-dependent culture of elderly and
youth... all in the name of profit, then is it not time to question the
bottom line? Is it not time to question our "profit at
whatever the cost" social belief system? Is it not time for
members of the Trilateral Commission, The Bilderberg Group, The Committee
of Three Hundred, The Rockefeller/Rothechild club and the Bohemian
Club... to give their heads a shake and notice just what is going
on in the name of globalism?
Unfortunately, the Bilderberg members actually buy
into their own misinformation system...and like alcoholics they remain in
denial of the everyday horrors resulting from the pursuit of
"globalist" agendas. What possible sense does mining for
gold make when it leaves behind a whole community and its environment
swimming in a river of arsenic tailings? Where does the 'civilized'
part come in, when we chemically spray-by-air the Central Americans
in order to dominate the cocaine industry? Or does committing
genocide on the Middle Eastern citizens for oil and heroin profits sound
like an intelligent, Christian response? And do we simply forget
the toxic dioxins left to poison the once lush and fertile soil of
Vietnam after we spray Agent Orange by the millions of gallons in order
to "liberate" their peoples from the purported
enemy? Is this what the exponents of the New World Order
would have us believe is the road to freedom?
It is time for all concerned citizens to give their
head a shake...and ask what it is that religion, government, and
education is standing for today. What do we stand for?
What do I stand for? And then comes the big one..."What
am I going to do about it?"

Some additional news to
substantiate the above claims...
May 22, George W. and his group signed Executive Order 13303 which
grants US oil corporations operating in Iraq permanent immunity from any
legal actions under US or international law over any offense such as
worker safety, oil spills, or breach of contract; both France and
newcomer Russia had extended credit to the old regime. (World Socialist
Web Site, August 19, via Alanna Hartzok)
After being entertained by two years of lobbying, Bush's Environmental
Protection Agency ruled that when polluters modernize their plants, they
no longer have to install devices that curb pollution. That lets 17,000
power plants, oil refineries, pulp and paper mills, chemical plants and
other industrial facilities save billions of dollars. Failure to install
pollution controls on 51 filthy facilities is responsible for 5,000 to
9,000 premature deaths and 80,000 to 120,000 asthma attacks every year.
Installing devices on these 51 plants would cut nearly 7 million tons of
pollutants every year, half the air pollution generated by all electric
utilities in the United States. Several environmental organizations and
state attorney generals vowed to take the Bush EPA to court. (New York
Times, Aug 27)
