OWNERSHIP: Temporary change on the Ownership list

Dear participants of the OWNERSHIP list,

It appears that the usefulness of this list as a public forum has reached 
new lows.

As a result, I will be unsubscribing everyone on the list, temporarily. I 
will resubscribe
everyone to a new list: COGEXEC.

The COGEXEC list is not a public forum. Its archive will not be available 
to the
public. This will allow everyone currently subscribed to continue to 
communicate
without having our communication continue to be made public to a broader 
audience.
