And while that has been going on for several years, the sound and fury has 
been overleaped by Ray Carey, whose 2004 book Democratic Capitalism leaves 
the archive of this debate far in the dust behind him.

I will not have access to this site for the next few days, so will be 
unresponsive to anything directed my way.
