Re: OWNERSHIP: JBM or VBM?
There's no smokescreen. I practice what I preach. My life is an open
book. I take great pride in the moral standards I've set for myself
and let my work reflect my character. For those trying to judge me,
I'm pleased to direct them to
http://www.cesj.org/thirdway/history3rd/personaljourney-nk.html
and I hope some who read this may wish to join those of who are
committed to the Just Third Way revolution.
Ryan, you seem obsessed in trying to tarnish my reputation (and that of
all others who are not impressed with your arguments), in hopes that
this will deflect people from reading and thinking about binary
economics. This reflects more on your juvenile and uncivilized
character. I'm surprised that Wally Klink and Vic Bridger remain
silent in the face of your behavior.
Let me make this clear, you have libeled me and I gave evidence of that
in my last posting. You have also libeled and insulted Rodney
Shakespeare, Dan Parker, Mark Reiners and many others on the COG
Ownership discussion group for several years. Because of your tortious
actions and your relentless violations of academic civility over
several years, I now demand that John Logue and Dan Bell arrange to
remove all your postings from all COG discussions groups, a product
sponsored under the auspices of Kent State University and created with
Ford Foundation funding from taxpayer-supported subsidies. If they
don't they are complicit in Ryan's libels.
I've already answered your "question" (another libelous insinuation) in
my last posting.

Be that as it may, Norm, you are indeed the master of
the smokescreen diversion from the point at issue.
Perhaps you will tell us why the display of the "JBM
mark" at your "for profit" website,
http://www.eei-consultants.com , with the accompanying
text which reads:
"The Justice-Based ManagementSM (JBMSM) mark
certifies that a company that displays this mark on
its products is managed in a manner consistent with
JBMSM standards and criteria as defined and approved
by the Center for Economic and Social Justice (CESJ)
and any licensing board approved by CESJ. This mark
also certifies that a consultant or consulting group
is qualified to provide JBMSM consulting and
educational services, and subscribes to the
philosophy and operates according to the principles,
standards and criteria of economic and social justice
as defined on the CESJ web site at http://www.cesj.org
"
is not a deceptive trade practice.

Management."
