seems an appropriate place for your summary of The Capitalist Manifesto.
Judging by the way things are starting up, I am fairly confident that we
will be focusing a fairly large share of our attention on Kelso ideas,
those involving productivity in particular, and it would be useful to have
a quick  reference.
