Dear All,

I am a belgian PhD researcher in Law, currently working on ESOPs in US Law.

I am looking for the following information:

1. Are the Trade Unions involved in the process of implementation of an
Esop plan. I mean, is the plan sometimes negociated with the Trade Unions
or other workers association?? What are the legal basis ( which legislation?).

2. Do the workers representatives sometimes intervene in the management of
an Esop plan (as it is the case in the domain of pension plans, principally
through the taft-Hartley plans?)?? Do the workers have any say in the
designation of the Esop fiduciary? What are the legal basis??

I would be very grateful to the person(s) who could reply to this email.

Thanks a lot in advance,
Alexia Autenne
