Dear Friends,

With many participants of the Organised Labor discussion site present at the
forthcoming COG Conference, it may be a good time to meet in person and
discuss how to get the debate expanded.  It will also be necessary to try to
get someone else to run this discussion - as you have seen over the past
recent months, I have been less and less able to do so.

To meet, to dicuss and to plan, can I suggest we consider eating together on
the evening of 10th October, which is a free evening?  If you would like to
meet, just drop me a message in this mailbox.  I hope to reply, but not
sure, as I shall be in Bulgaria from this weekend until I come to
Washington.  If not, just leave a note on my hotel voice-mail when you get
there.
