South Africa's Union Tie Worker Investment to the Base

I'd like to share with you an item picked up by the ICFTU discussion forum
on Workers' Capital from South Africa.  It emphasizes the need to make
worker investment funds accountable to the base and, therefore, responds to
some of the points made earlier by Brian Kohler and others.
