Check out the platform of the ARP at 
http://www.americanrevolutionaryparty.us/  The late Raul Manglapus and 
Salvador Araneta were backers of the Kelso approach to economic 
democracy.  The ARP's monetary reforms could be as easily adopted in the 
Philippines as in the US, perhaps even easier.
