LET US PUT INTO ACTION AND IMPLEMENT WHAT IS BOTH SOCIALLY DESIRABLE AND PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE THAT CAN BE MADE FINANCIALLY POSSIBLE RIGHT AWAY. THE POOR PEOPLES OF THE WORLD ARE SUFFERING IN THE DUNGEON OF MISERABLE POVERTY, HUNGER AND DESPAIR BECAUSE OF THE SYSTEM. LET US TAKE ACTION NOW.
Why do we need more debates and unnecessary discussions?
Francis Bacon is correct: 'MONEY IS LIKE MUCK, NOT GOOD EXCEPT IT BE SPREAD.' LET MONEY BE SPREAD DEBT AND INTEREST FREE TO GIVE ECONOMIC FREEDOM AND SUSTAINABILITY, EMPOWERMENT TO THE POOR TO BUILDING A GENUINELY PEACEFUL AND JUST SOCIETY AND THE WORLD.

like to humbly describe my personal, community, regional, national and global vision in shaping a better world concretely through a Marshal Plan For A Just And Peaceful World to be or must be incarnated into authentic systems, policies and methods for all people without exception. In meditation, building an authentically just and a civilization of peaceful world entiredly depends on solid foundations with unity in diversity, ecumenical participation, non-partisan and non-theoretically political and financial-economic recognition, education, confession, mutual understandings, solidarity, sympathy, charity and organic solutions as well as systematic and broadminded implementations on justice and peace building. The world shall be at the torrent of peace and justice when everyone in every nation will cherish, participate and live in peace and justice whilst concurrently will continue to advocate peace-building-keeping-working everywhere. All are called to be disciples in word !

action in shaping a better world. But it is indispensable that hearts, minds, spirits, beliefs, traditions, religions, cultures, races, systems, philosophies, policies, ideologies and visions must be carefully and precisely transmuted and incorporated into a conscience for peace and justice. I believe that the real work for the a better world through peace and justice initiatives and diversified efforts is not only for the so-called remnants but for everyone's task in the 21st century. Through these ways, we can hope to shape a better world together seriously and precisely with hope, harmony, solidarity and prosperity for all people.
The vision to shape a better world can only be realised through a constructive and positive imaginations that transform into an ideas. The Marshal Plan For A Just And Peaceful World is only possible through an authentic system of economy, money and politics where everyone wi!

The idea has originated from the wisdom of Economic Democracy money reform, monetary justice, basic income with diversified and ecumenical ideas for the betterment of all humanity. The perennial, oftentimes, devastating and cruel problems of the chronic shortage and or absence of money in the Philippines and in the third world communities, the hemorrhaging debts, material and monetary poverty, hunger, malnutrition, violence, disorder, rebellion and war directly gave birth to money reform methods and developments in the world. For many years of seemed to be redundant fights, I have developed the ideas of "economic security" interchangeably to "monetary security" because, as I have experienced and witnessed, that violence, injustice and disorder in the Philippines and of course, understandably, in many poor countries in the world!
, as
evidences show, is because of money problem, per se, the lack or absence of money or control of credit. For 14 years now I have been mightily and vociferously advocating Economic Democracy monetary reform as the only way to build a just and peaceful world through financial-economic security in my country, and certainly to all countries mostly in the third world. The ideas of financial-economic security to everyone from the cradle to the grave is the solution from the cruel rigor and trap of the most ruthless, parasitic, crooked and pestiferous pro-war-violence-debt-logged/based swindling money system, that under the present monetary operation, the monstrous cuckoos and monetary hoaxers, economic rascals and financial hoodlums are mercilessly and and violently salvaging the multitudes of billions of poor people in this planet, in most war-calamity-stricken regions with everlasting throes of pains, atrocities and countless indignities and unnanmed horro!

The idea of financial-economic security under the aegis of my ideas The Marshal Plan For Peace and Justice is a crucial indeed more than ever because this is the only first step remedy to drumbeat, build, pursue and shape a better world for all humanity. Injustice, violence, disorder and despair are already gargantuan and having calamitous proportions in the world under the carnage of debt-based monetary system. Hence, economic and monetary injustice perennial problem is truly gargantuan, nerve-wracking, devastating, life-soul-killing through its control or monopoly of money or credit, of financial banking deregulations, liberalizations and wealth privatizations that evidently cause certain
scandalous mal-distribution of the wealth of the earth with the dreadful consequences of poverty, debt, diseases, environmental destruction, hunger, starvation and death of the poor inhabitants most particularly in the third world nations. The idea of financial-economic security from the wisdom of monetary reform and justice is the only ECONOMY FOR THE SERVICE OF LIFE AND COMMUNITY for a just and peaceful world to all humanity and thus for building a better world. The idea itself is the remedy, not just a crucial one. And along with this, money must not be squandered for the destruction of human life and innocents. Money must be used for life, family, peace and justice. This is practically necessary in the world through financial security in the form of supplemental basic income or global dividend scheme. Its implementation is absolutely significant to liberate the world's population form unnecessary bondages and sufferings because of the lack and or absence of money or cre!

is to wholly bring about true liberty, equality, solidarity, justice, charity, peace and efficiency, productivity and creativity with hope, joy and inspiration in a new humane world.
I have been already struggling for years to achieve the vision and I keep up hope and fight for its culmination. I must continue, with my companions in the organization, indefatigably and vigorously in writings to national, regional and international world leaders, economists, bankers, politicians, government leaders, religious officials and leaders of all churches, to establish connections to the organizations, agencies, associations, groups, movements and individuals of similar concerns, affliliations to most prominent Economic Democracy advocates and money reformers, economic alternative experts, justice and peace activists and scientists. I am indeed committed to achieve the vision in my local situation first,!
in the
Philippines, and in Asian region, and reaching out to the whole world in the possible future. Also, in particular cases, dialogues, meetings, conferences, speaking engagements, educational campaigns, model organic projects, peaceful demonstrations, information dessimination and encouraging peaceful prayer rallies shall be considered if and when possible and needed. Media exposure regarding the mission and vision shall be done and consulted carefully, limitedly and prudently.
I will need real people of the very same commitments, ideas, belief systems and visions, considerable resources, necessary and sustainable funding. Funding is always difficult to obtain under this INFINITELY SILLY-WASTING DEBT MONEY SYSTEM and behaviours of people, and despite of the fact that there is plenty of money in the world. Systematic fundraising is the key hope, for instance, by writing or present project proposals!

prospective funding agencies and charities and to their possible partners through their intermediary. Advertisement on fundraising shall be considered if and when possible as one of the options. Moral and ethical ways of asking donation can help to find the necessary and emergency funding for it.
The idea is for all people without exception. The work must begin here but must also contemporaneously start up everywhere in the world where there are people of the same commitments for a just and peaceful world. The central objective and emergency need is a global efforts for peace and justice for all humanity. In this idea of The Marshal Plan For Peace And Justice through financial-economic security to all, the most needy beneficiaries are the poor who are always prone to violence, mercilessly victimized by unjust systems, of savage cruelty of poverty, of hunger, monetary persecutions, who are oftentimes!
prone to
insurrection and rebellion because of economic injustice. The financial-economic security could potentially help to liberate ourselves from violence. Money, that is provided as security by individual government to the citizens can be used for peace. In my humble opinion, since money problem is global, it is not advisable to have a geographical limit for this work. THE WORK MUST BEGIN HERE AND ELSEWHERE SIMULTANEOUSLY.
Once the work is set forth, as envisioned, I will be committed to monitor what I do if there is a real progress in the projects and mission or not, with some changes of approach. Economic/Monetary Justice/Reform/Alternatives & Democracy, Organic Farming and Sustainable Survival in the villages) or must be informed comprehensively in a daily, weekly, monthy and yearly basis during the project years. Reporting is at times absolutely necessary for transparency. Record books where information and operation of progress and failure must be recorded and reported strictly and honestly for references and submission to contacted friends for Economic Democracy, economic alternatives and for peace and justice advocates when and if required in time for record, appraisal, monitoring, analysis and critical purposes, examination, comments, suggestions and or rectifications or further assistance.
If my ideas and work are adopted, embraced and supported by many people and humanity as a whole, I can prognosticate that there will be a great contribution to e!
stablish
a more just and peaceful world within or after 10 to 20 years. It will also depends on mutual commitments. The world can be potentially just and more peaceful with order, security and prosperity if and when everyone will be concerned to help to think and take action. It will also depends on influence, far-reaching, changing and improving methods.
I must say that I am not the best placed to take this idea forward but only doing my mission for peace and justice. I may not be worthy as a visionary as I am financially-economically nothing. I am only a poor Filipino citizen for long years of struggles for survival in poverty and economic injustice, and long years of campaigns for justice and peace in the country. My vision towards a just and peaceful world is only possible through financial-economic security to be provided by the government(s) to everyone in my country, in all poor countries, and to all countries i!
n this
planet. I am not promoting false expectations too and I am not presumptuously best placed in this idea because there are many others in this planet who are worthy and deserving to be the real workers and visionaries for change other than me. I migh be best placed in taking this idea when I am already making progress to betterment of humanity.
In any good vision or idea or work most particularly for peace and justice, it is not surprising that there is or are obstacle(s) and risk(s) to face and deal with. Well, in my case, I am used to face and overcome challenges in life as I came from poor Filipino family in the village passing through the gruesome miseries of panic, shackles and torments in our daily struggles, wrestling our seemed to be insurmountable poverty-stricken circumstances in most times of roughest economic litmus test. But if people who hear or heard about the idea would not agree or worse, attack!
me with
their own ideological, philosophical, religious and economic counter-ideas and interpretations, well, I will deal with them peacefully and tactfully. I must admit the fact that politicians and economists and some ideologically-philosophically-based peoples and some religious peoples are potentially posing a risk to my idea and work. Disinformation campaign against my ideas from politicians and economists might be also a potential challenge to try to stop or sabotage my work from being effective. Well, I have the attitude that under such circumstances, I have the belief that the only best way to overcome such challenges is to keep going mindfully and peacefully with fortitude and perseverance, strong will and determination. I am sure my ideas and vision pass through some testing stages, expecting to be ridiculed, disdained, or violently opposed but I do hope that finally, I am victorious at the end and the opposition is defeated, and maybe the ideas will be!

and accepted as the solution. However, in absolute cases, ethical and moral debates and counter-attacks might help to overcome such opposition and face off the challenges in a more open mind diplomatic strategies and tactics.
Hopefully, but under no illusion, or for me trying to presume or pretend. I want to be precise, to perfectly honest but critical and tactful. The success of the work depends on time and feeback of the people involved and who would like to join and help. In this work, I must therefore monitor also the mindset of the people whether there is consistency or there is desultory position. Development does not end here, it goes on, will go on... Yes, indeed, further help is essentially required to keep going for the culmination of success with the help of others who understand.

proposals, activism for economic justice and alternatives, and peace-building and educational campaigns for organic methods, that for 14 years I wish for the culmination of my mission through the idea of financial-economic justice, DEMOCRACY and security. The application is indeed related to my work, situation and circumstances. It does not divert my skills, experiences and interests, in fact, help me to improve or develop the capabilities and interests for the long-term mission and activism in the Philippines.
I have finished my 2 year-college after terrble poverty, struggles and employment as slaves but I managed to have personal studies on Economic Democracy and Monetary Reform/Alternative Economics for almost 10 years and until now. In life, I have learned a lot of things after many terrible years of poverty and
miseries. And this is a great achievement as education is the key to knowledge and imagination to build a vision, and idea for the better. And I am struggling for that. It is a greatest achievement that I have promoted ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY money reform and justice ideas in the Philippines for many years now, those who have helped me materially and financially, tremendously and generously for my work on money reform proposals and justice and critical survival survival of my family and very poor companions for many years now. With this, I wrote hard-knocking articles against the root-causes of poverty, violence and disorder in my country and in the world, and my proposals to cure them. It is also great that my critical years of struggles and difficulties, I contributed for the propagation of the ideas on organic solutions, and alternative living survival methods as inter-related for people to find su!
rvival. I
have just founded Filipino Alternative Solutions For Sustainable Survival, Inc, though in the past, I founded Filipinos For Monetary Reform and Economic Democracy and Organic Solutions To Poor Families but now incorporated to our new organization with my poor family-companions, we are now struggling to keep things going. But we need continued help small or large from overseas individuals and perhaps other agencies to realise these great things for reform. My organization totally depends on donation to keep going. My work is centered in 4 provinces of Capiz, Aklan, Iloilo and Quezon province-my homeprovince.
I am doing a par-time work in the Philippines as a freelance writer on money reform and other issues in a provincial publication once a month with very tiny income. And at the same time I am trying to do some peddling work by selling
products, promoting books on money reform, health and economic justice, peace and alternative issues once in a while. I am currently managing an NGO in Capiz province and doing the organic farming/herbal project in the region which we also desperately need help to keep going for us to be able to combat hunger and obtain food security for the long-term for our survival needs. I am a long-time committed for Economic Democracy money reform policy and economic justice/alternatives and peace campaigns as inter-related and inter-twined for the welfare of all people.
I see this as a great opportunity for my improvement and or for the improvement of my work, mission, vision and organization. In a vision, it can help me and us tremendously to make more panoramic in essence, becoming more positive and inspired, refreshed for the new springtime of the civilization.
Transition is necessary for good, not only for a vision but for more education where ideas are coming through for the better. The transition time will give me/us a lot of challenges and perhaps more works to do. And I am willing to face them all. I must be a visionary by thought, by imagination, by word and action, always with the objectives of success and fulfillment, not for myself but for all people. Becoming a committed Filipino Activist for Economic/Monetary Justice/Reform/Alternatives and Democracy with vision in these ideas, issues and difficulties is not an easy task. It is because there is no such thing as easy vision. And a visionary must be tough and hard to cause a ripple of great change in the world for building a just and peaceful world. I am still far off from that. However, in short, this transition is a way of improving the work.
I must continue to try to make!

full-blast efforts and stage a peaceful revolution to accomplish the objectives of my work and the organization and fully incarnate my ideas for the betterment of humanity for a just and peaceful world. I shall write a book on comprehensive proposals for peace and justice in the future through the implementation of Economic Democracy Philosophy. I want to travel to other countries as visitor for observation and research. Certainly there are many things to do. The work must go on. Vision is not limited in nature, it is powerful and has long lasting effects for good. By the coming years, we must call for a radical and authentic revolution for peace and justice to finally and drastically address the problems of injustice, violence, war, poverty, debts, hunger and miseries of humanity because of pestiferous debt money system. There are tremendous things to talk to and propose solutions certainly at the end or closing years of 2010-2020.
Aside from any effective ideological, philosophical and moral support, I need financial-economic support to carry on. But it must be noted here that such support is more than sending me money, but rather it is about helping me and my companions reach the victorious achievements for the Economic Democracy policies, vision, ideas, work and mission in the region and in the world. Money for the mission- vision is usefully essential to be effective in doing the work well and realise the ideas for all people especially the poor.
Lastly, I have multitude of inspirations like the vision of better world for us. The inspirations like our family sufferings and miseries in poverty, in injustice, violence and disorder give me inspiration to continue finding and pursuing a better world. me inspiration to work for the authentic establishment of peace and justice in the world which is only possible through ECONOMIC DEMOCRACY PHILOSOPHY. I believe in Divine Creator who nourishes me and His wisdom is the food for nourishment of my body and spirit to do the work for peace and justice, to realise this vision and ideas. I believe in God, His power, might and blessings. I pray for the blessings of peace and justice in the world for all humanity. God is the author of peace and justice. God is the author of Credit and He imparts it to us for us to have distribution according to His Laws of justice and charity. I have faith and love of God and it is the expression of my work for peace and justice per se economic and monetary justice, of sympathy, of compassion and of solidarity.

I view the world as a beautiful paradise for all creatures. It is more beautiful when we make it more better place to live in. And confidently it is possible through building a more concrete systems and policies of wealth distribution through financial-economic security for all, for a just and peaceful world. It is up to us if we want to make or keep this world as or in paradise or we consent to continually allow its destructions that will make a cruel place to live in.
The vision for a just and peaceful world is nothing else but a precursor to reality. And if we want to infallibly enjoy a just and peaceful world, the threats of greed, avarice, selfishness, immoderate desire of knowledge, insatiable ambition, !

hatred, pride must banish from our midst and of course technically WE MUST URGENTLY REFORM THE PRESENT FINANCIAL-ECONOMIC SYSTEM--which is the real bondage to humanity today. There can be no authentically just and peaceful world without economic and monetary justice and charity in the hearts, minds and conscience of mankind.
It's time to give economic security to everyone from the cradle to the grave in the form of dividend or basic income to make humanity enjoy the peace and justice in this world.
