Scott,
Send your legal teams to us, urge them to visit our web site for background
and we will be happy to collaborate with them in preparing the case.
To win something this audacious, we need lawyers with proven litigation
and appellate success stories. If your network can do so, it would
also be good to recruit well-known constitutional law scholars from some
of the leading law schools. If you can assemble teams of law students
to serve as research assitants for the legal teams, have them also get
in touch with us.

Dear Scott Wurtele,
How about a class action suit filed against the Board of Governors of
the Federal Reserve System on behalf of all wage slaves in America under
the equal protection clause of the Constitution to gain equal access to
capital credit under Section 13 of the Federal Reserve in order to distribute
future ownership opportunities more equitably and thus begin to close the
ownership gap in America? See our exchange with Fed Chairman Alan
Greenspan by clicking on http://www.cesj.org/reference/exchanges/greenspan-fed95.html
or see my paper published in the Journal of Employee Ownership Law
and finance at
The
Federal Reserve Discount Window By Norman G. Kurland or at the
URL http://www.cesj.org/reference/exchanges/greenspan-fed95.html
This could turn out to be as important a case for advancing fundamental
human rights as Brown vs. Board of Education.
Can you help?

Please let me know if my company, www.worldjustice.com
can be of service to
you.
If you are fighting for an issue that could use a class action, then
notify
us and we will put up a 'possible' class action on www.bigclassaction.com
and we will forward registrations to class action law firms. We will
also
market the possible class action.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
