At a minimum, I think the Mondragon discussion list could be used for the
following:

1. Any participants on the list who have suggestions of things about
   Mondragon which could be highlighted during the November visit, should
   make such suggestions to you via the list.

2. As your planning committee develops a draft agenda for the day at
   Mondragon, you could share this draft with the list and solicit
   feedback.

Does this address your request for this group to be actively involved?

Personally, I am planning to attend the November conference and hoping
to see several other COG participants take advantage of the opportunity
as well.
