Greetings everyone re MCC:

I am delighted to see the interest in a network.  I am frightfully 
overcome with work right now, but am looking for a clearing this 
summer to respond meaningfully to the network and its organization.

In the meantime, I am attaching an essay I just published in the High 
Plains Applied Anthropology journal in a special issue for which I 
served as Issue Editor, on the topic of the geography of power, which 
has to do with the relationship among anthro, power, space, and place.

I look forward to your comments immensely.

PS:  I am conducting a participatory research project with a 
collective in Berkeley which has just launched two bakeries, in the 
spirit of MCC, named, Arizmendi!!
