I'm glad Race was able to get you a quick copy of his paper directly.

For future reference, since the COG Virtual Library is filled with
a wealth of publications that are in your area of interest, let me
give you some quick and easy steps to accessing it. I'm sure you
will find it very accessible.

The short cut is just to go to: http://cog.kent.edu/library.html
and search by author or title.

The slightly longer version is:
1. Go to the COG site: http://cog.kent.edu
2. Click Library
3. Search by author or title

As for the October 9-10, 2002, International Policy Conference in
Washington DC, preliminary information is available through a link
on the same COG homepage. 

The shortcut is: http://cog.kent.edu/DCConference.pdf

It is shaping up to be a very important event with speakers like
Race Mathews presenting important themes like that of this discussion
on Mondragon. I hope you will be there!
