Dear Dan,
Thankyou for providing two Ray Carey documents.
If I've read things correctly Ray fully understands the importance of
full payout of earnings for ESOPs etc but he does not understand the use of
an interest-free (rather than interest-bearing) money supply (administered
by the banking system, generally on market principles) and directed solely
at various forms of productive capacity -- particularly if wide ownership
is involved.
I could be wrong on this but it looks as if Ray wants the end -- wide
ownership -- but is not prepared to will the means -- the use of an
interest-free money supply.
Apart from binary economics, the only movement (and it is growing
rapidly) which understands such use of the money supply is the endogenous
loan movement.
If you would like to forward this email to Ray, I will be pleased,
should he wish, to introduce him to some of the information.
Thankyou.
Rodney Shakespeare.
