My name is David A. Spitzley.  I'm an independent researcher on capital 
democratization, with a primary focus on trying to produce concise explanations 
of Louis Kelso's central ideas. I live in the Ann Arbor, Michigan area, and 
have been involved with COG from almost its inception.  If anyone is 
interested, I've got a couple of articles on Kelso's ideas: one is a brief 
explanation of what Kelso was trying to accomplish by inventing the ESOP, and 
the other is a clarification of some common misunderstandings about Kelso's 
opinions of labor unions.  I'd be happy to send copies to anyone who would be 
interested.
