I have said it before so I will repeat. All taxes are passed down to the consumer, there is nothing wrong with that they should be. No matter what tax code we have that will be the normal business practice. The tax plan you are touting is not a fair and equitable tax. To be fair and equitable it must not give preference to any one rich or poor. It should be used exclusively to generate revenues, not fit in with your philosophy.
