That's not at all what I am saying. What I am saying is that whenever a tax is levied on a corporation someone pays at the household level, be they customer, employee or shareholder. I am all for making employers the subject of most taxation, going to a single VAT levied on employment locations (rather than corporate HQs). I would also add a tax on individuals making over $100,000 per year (not families) with very few exemptions (and including cash income from inheritence (unless it comes from the proceeds of the sale of stock to a broad based ESOP).
