I have been advocating the advantages of a transactions tax/user fee on the creation and movement of money since 1992, I have been advocating it as a single tax to replace all other taxes. The results to the average taxpayer are so great that there are only two questions that have relevancy, one is can this be done? The other should this be done? If the answer to the first is yes it can there is no need to ask the latter there being no logical answer against it.  Paul Bottis
