Thanks for sending me the draft paper on employee ownership at the 
subnational level - and the more so for doing so in rtf. Its an 
extremely useful piece of work, both in what it has to say and in the 
further lines of thought and sources of information which it opens 
up. I expect I'll be quarrying parts of it for my own work for some 
time to come - albeit with suitable acknowledgement. Among other 
thing, the House of Representatives here has brought down a major 
report on employee ownership measures, which I may address in a 
chapter for a book on mutuality which some firiends of mine here hope 
to have finished by the end of the year. Meanwhile, I'm attaching a 
paper which I'm giving later today, which, among other things, has an 
appendix with the updates on Desjardins and Mondragon in which you
