Dave, thanks for the clarification. "Non Executive Directors"
is the same as "Outside Directors" here in Ohio. Your
description would fit our experience as well.

I agree with the importance of Transparency and Accountability
in order to win the trust of the workforce. These are just
as important whether winning the trust of employee shareholders,
public shareholders or simply absentee owners.
