Dear EOPRIVers!

I am excited to see so much activity beginning to take place
in our discussion group. You can follow the past discussion
by going to our archive at:

http://cog.kent.edu/archives/eopriv/

I am limited on what I can do to keep the archive organized,
so your help would be appreciated by trying to remember to
do the following things.

1. When replying to a message, please delete most of the
   previous message to which you are replying. Otherwise
   we begin to get messages that have pages and pages of
   old messages copied in them. (you'll see what I mean
   when you look at some of the messages in the archive)

2. Try to put on the subject line, something brief but
   descriptive about the gist of your message. I notice
   I myself have sent messages which still have
   "Re: Introductions"... oops!

3. The archive automatically "threads". What this means is:
   a. One person sends an initial message
   b. If other people use the "Reply" function, their reply
      will be attached directly to the first person's
      message.
   c. If other people "Reply" to one of these replies, the
      second order replies are attached directly to the
      corresponding first order reply.
   (You can see what I mean by clicking "Thread Index" at
    the top of the archive page)

If we remember to do this, it will be easier for all of
us to navigate through the archive. I'll try to practice
what I preach...
