Dear Tim,

I read your post with great interest.  I am convinced that you, as I,
after much thought, effort and frustration, have come to similar
realizations.  The people must be ignited to become united and organized
labor is a key spark to that fire.

I will be soon sending my "introductions" to the various groups.  It
will include my 33 years in organized labor and one of the biggest
efforts towards employee ownership in the US.
