[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index] next step
Dear "EOpriv"-ers: Now that some of us have introduced ourselves and we have an idea of some of the countries with which we are collectively familiar, I propose to take the next step. This is to share information about how employee ownership has been used in privatization throughout the world so far. At http://cog.kent.edu/grppriv.html I will create a table. On the left will be a column listing types of information. Across the top will be the list of countries mentioned. Here is an illustration of what I mean: Argentina Chile Russia Key people Link Link Link Number of enterprises Link Link Link privatized with EO Relevant laws Link Link Link By clicking on a "Link", you will find whatever information has been sent to eopriv@cog.kent.edu Lengthy articles will be added to the COG Library and a reference to these can be provided in the particular link. YOUR FIRST TASK: Send whatever items you would like to see included in the left column as types of information. YOUR SECOND TASK: Send whatever information you have that can be added to the table under a specific link. Here are the countries which will initially be listed across the top of the table: Argentina Australia Belarus Brazil Chile Croatia Czech Republic Egypt Hungary India Kazakhstan Kyrgyzstan People's Republic of China Puerto Rico Poland Portugal Russia Slovak Republic USA Hawaii Venezuela Zimbabwe Thanks for your assistance, Dan -- Dan Bell International Program Coordinator Ohio Employee Ownership Center Kent State University Kent, OH 44242 (330) 672-3028 (330) 672-4063 fax dbell@kent.edu http://www.kent.edu/oeoc/
