Greetings to all,

I am with the Foundation for Enterprise Development.  Based in Washington,
DC; we are a non-profit organization which provides equity compensation and
employee ownership strategies  to entrepreneurs and executives worldwide.
I am actively researching on companies that are privatizing and establishing
contact with those interested in employee ownership.  
In the international arena we mostly work on contract basis, mainly with
USAID.  I have a particular interest in Brazil, where companies are
increasingly learning about Employee Ownership.
I look forward to joining this discussion.
