EOnation: Query on union ownership of enterprises

Dear Experts, In the forthcoming book from COG, Ownership for All, I would like 
to say something about unions owning enterprises, but I find very little in the 
literature, outside of Israel's considerable experience.  Can anyone help me 
with information or a reference? Thanks heaps,
