Legislation and regulation re ownership

Barry,

There is an important exercise underway in the ownership discussion group
which focuses at the level of national policies, conducted by Deb Olson.
You are the one who can make a Canadian contribution here, but I am the one
registered for the national group. I believe you should have a look at
Deb's initiative, register for the group and make at least some informed
comment about the Canadian scene.
