Matrix

I think the matrix should have a space for cooperatives.  To restrict the
focus to share-based arrangements leaves out way too much that is of value
and interest.  There should be rows for industrial (or producer)
cooperative enabling legislation, institutions for the support or promotion
or study of cooperatives, associations representing cooperatives and the
number of employees in such cooperatives.  There probably should be a
column for the European Community as a whole since it has its own
legislation and institutions.
