Here is some more on how to approach the globalization of trade issue from a
Kelsonian perspective. Norm Kurland, Center for Economic and Social Justice,

Hi again, Dan,

A second point in response: I also agree that we need adjustment assistance
to help those whose are adversely affected by the globalization of trade.
But that is an expedient to handle some of the symptoms of the present unfree
and unjust market system. COG should call for adjustment assistance, but
should point out that under the binary growth model that would result from
all nations adopting Capital Homesteading structural reforms, each economy
would internally generate "growth dividends" which could more easily handle
the costs of adjustment assistance than under the Mathusian zero-sum game
economies within which trade policy is developed today. Sustainable growth
through broad-based capital ownership should be our theme song.
