Deborah Groban Olson
Attorney at Law/ Executive Director of the Capital Ownership Group (COG) (See www.capitalownership.org). Olson has over 25 years experience creating and advising employee-owned companies, equity compensation plans, and cooperatives, representing companies, trusts, unions, and employees. She is COG’s executive director and directs its Sloan Foundation funded Fair Exchange Project at http://cog.kent.edu/grphome.html. She is General Counsel to the American Ingenuity Alliance (AIA), bringing together inventors and unions to jointly improve bargaining leverage.
